14 days, no questions
If a plugin isn't for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of buying it. You get the full amount back, including tax. You don't need to give a reason.
How to ask
Write to support@snowday.fm with your order number, or reply to your receipt email. Refunds are paid through Stripe, our merchant of record, to the card or account you paid with. Your bank may take 5 to 10 days to show it.
After a refund
The licence key for that order stops being valid and you agree to delete the plugin.
After 14 days
If something is broken and we can't fix it, write to us anyway. We'll sort it out.
Your legal rights
This policy adds to your rights as a consumer, it doesn't replace them.
