This policy covers snowday.fm and the plugins sold on it. The seller is [Legal name of the seller], [Postal address], [Country] ("we"). Questions: support@snowday.fm.
The short version
- This website has no analytics, no ads, no tracking scripts and sets no cookies.
- We keep your email address if you buy something or sign up for the list, and use it only for that.
- The plugins don't send any data anywhere. The licence check happens on your computer.
What we collect
When you visit the site
Our web host, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested, time) to run and protect the service. We don't use them to identify you.
When you buy
Purchases go through Stripe's Managed Payments service, where Stripe (shown as "Link" on receipts and card statements) acts as the merchant of record. They collect your payment details, billing country and email address, under their own privacy policy. We receive your email address, what you bought and an order number, so we can send your licence key, help with support and handle refunds. We never see your card details. Your licence key contains your email address and order number, and we email it to you through Resend, our email delivery service.
When you join the mailing list
We collect your email address through our email provider, [email provider]. We use it to tell you when a new plugin comes out, and for occasional news about our plugins. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

We keep the conversation so we can help you.
Why we may use it (legal basis)
To deliver what you bought and support it (contract); to keep tax and accounting records (legal obligation); to send news you asked for (consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
How long we keep it
Order records: as long as tax law requires . Mailing list: until you unsubscribe. Support emails: up to [period] after the last message.
Who we share it with
Only the services that do the work for us: Stripe (payments), Resend (licence emails), the mailing-list provider and the web host. We don't sell or rent personal data.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to support@snowday.fm. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top. Big changes will be emailed to people on the list.
